We will become involved in a project as soon as a client requires and we will then follow this through from the design concept and specification stage through to installation, project management, testing, commissioning through to the ongoing service and maintenance of the system.
All of our engineers are highly skilled and trained and we believe some of the best in the industry. We invest heavily in the relevant training for each of them and we work with each of our manufacturing partners to ensure that they are each kept updated on the latest system updates so they can pass this knowledge onto our client base. We are very proud of each member of our team and what they have to offer our client base and it is for this reason that we have huge confidence in our ability to be able to offer each and every client a superior service on an ongoing basis.
No two clients are the same, we tailor each and every contract to our client’s specific needs and requirements and we will take a great deal of time with all of our new clients understanding their system and challenges so we can be sure we offer the right solution for them. Contracts can be fully inclusive offering all materials and labour or chargeable on an ad hoc basis. All preventative maintenance is planned and scheduled in ahead of time with our clients so they understand where and what we will be working on and then this is followed up with monthly management meetings where we review the KPI information. Agree we feel this transparency allows our clients to justify their investment in our service and helps them get the most of their system.
